We can take on custom colour requests for most of our cast items, but our turn around time varies by the season or our event scheduled, please Contact Us to inquire.

I cant find X on Etsy or your WebStore?
We work hard to keep both stores up to date, but new products debut on our WebStore before being listed on Etsy with in a few weeks.

Why are your Etsy prices so different?
Short answer is fee’s & Postage.
All items over $20 on Etsy have free postage to anywhere!
Our WebStore adds postage on top, for some locations this may end up being cheaper to buy via our Etsy store, others our Webstore, we’ve tried to make it fair for everyone as best as we could.
Order Dispatch Times?
1-3 Business days.
Where do Orders ship from?
Orders are sent from East Victoria, Australia, via Australia Post.
Postage Methods?
– Standard Tracked parcel post
– Express Tracked parcel post.
– Flat rate Letter post. (non tracked) – only flat items. (Cards, Masks and Patches)
Do you Post to the UK?
From the 1st of January 2021, we will be getting our UK customers to process their orders via our Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/TentacleSpine
This is to assist us with properly following all Tax & import/export protocols correctly. There may be delays on some early 2021 orders whilst we make sure we’re complying with the needed changes.
